Please note: due to COVID-19, our carriers are currently experiencing delays that are unfortunately outside of our control. You can expect an additional 2-5 days for your order to be delivered and up to 5 days before you see any movement on your tracking ID after receiving the shipping confirmation email.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email on the day that orders are shipped out.
Preorder payment is charged at the time of checkout and not when the item ships out. If you are ordering a preorder item with an in-stock item, you will only be charged shipping once. We will not charge you again when the preorder item ships. For returns on preorders you have 30 days from the date the item was received. If you need to cancel you preorder at any time, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. The ship date listed for the item is an estimate given by our manufacturer. This date can change at any time and we will try our best to communicate this to you in a timely fashion.
For domestic orders, we charge a rate based on the weight of the shipment. We can ship via UPS, Fedex, DHL and USPS. Your desired shipping level service can also be determined at checkout.
Free Shipping is valid for orders that total $50 USD or more, after applied discounts and before taxes. Free shipping for these orders is automatically applied during the checkout process and are shipped via USPS.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. If you have any troubles viewing this email or need assistance, please contact email@example.com.
If you experience any difficulties while entering your shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order so that an account can be set up for you.
If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, Modern Romance will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with Modern Romance via our Customer Care contact service prior to your order being shipped.
If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process (eg, incorrect/incomplete address), Modern Romance reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee of $5 USD for Domestic orders and $10 USD for international orders (standard international shipping).
Modern Romance Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
The shipping cost for orders is non-refundable.
